12/22 – This Tues JELLYBEAN BENITEZ+ROB JAMES Bounce, Rock, Skate Party+Charity Toy Drive in Long Island NY

TUESDAY,DECEMBER 22ND,2009 (Thats the Tuesday before XMas)
Please join us from 8pm till 12am @ United Skates of America in Massapequa,Long Island,NY to help raise toys for families in need.

Every year United Skates of America hosts a dinner for families in need on Christmas Eve. Last year they had over 300 guests and treated them to a full buffet dinner,visit from santa and toys for the children ect… They also collected and distributed new and gently used Hats,Coats,Clothes and goodie bags full of shampoo,toothpaste ect.. to take home. Each year this event grows larger then the year before and with people losing their jobs everyday and the economy making things tough on people the way it is they need our help more then ever. They contacted me to help them collect toys for the children since they are not sure if they will meet this years demand. With my network of amazing friends I am humbly asking all of you to pitch in.

THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO DO SOME GOOD AROUND THE HOLIDAYS AND HAVE FUN DOING IT.

THIS IS WHAT I NEED FROM YOU!!!

1. Please help me promote this event,repost,invite,e-mail, text and generally spread the word to everyone you can. The more people that come means the more toys for kids in need. Just ask me and I will make you an administrator on the event page so invites go out in your name.

2. Please come to the event with a NEW UNWRAPPED TOY with an approximate value of at least $10 or more please. This toy will be your admission fee to the rink to skate all night.(rental skates not included but can be rented for a small fee of $4)

3. Bring your Skates and good vibes because we are going to have fun skating all night long and feel good about doing it because we will have helped so many in their time of need.

I know I ask a lot of you to come out all the time but THIS I am VERY passionate about and WILL take it personally if you do not do your best to make an appearance even if you don’t stay or don’t skate. This isn’t a “yeah whatever” party or club. There are kids counting on your generosity for their Christmas and I will do everything in my power to make it happy for them. THIS IS PERSONAL TO ME!!!!

That being said,lets get to the fun stuff:

THE SESSION BEGINS @ 8PM AND GOES TILL MIDNIGHT
ADMISSION IS A NEW UNWRAPPED TOY FOR THE KIDS
SKATE RENTAL IS 4 DOLLARS IF YOU DONT HAVE SKATES
MUSIC WILL BE PROVIDED BY ROB JAMES AND THE LEGENDARY JELLYBEAN BENITEZ!!!
