Trailblazer, rule-breaker, legend. Sasha was there for the birth of modern electronic dance music and during his storied career, he’s always been the one to keep pushing it forward. He championed the ideas of live remixing and video integration, introduced progressive sounds to the U.S. with DJ partner John Digweed (and to New York during their fabled Twilo residency), and is still one of the only DJs to mount an arena tour. And now it’s official: Sasha was just named one of the Top 10 DJs of all time by U.K. glossy Mixmag.
