Dance music has evolved since its inception in the mid-80’s and nobody
understands its growth like BMI Award-Winning Chicago native music producer/songwriter/remixer, Rodney K. Jackson (“Love Don’t Live Here Anymore (Madonna Remix)”, Cece Peniston’s “Finally”).
Born in the Netherlands, and reared in New York, Amber Dirks (Reflex
Ft. Amber Dirks “Feel The Love”, DJ JST & Amber Dirks “Rejoice”, and
Power 2 Move “Stepping Out”) offers her intoxicating vocals to the
group.
East Coast native Jimmie Alston completes the troupe and infuses the vibrant Kopatechnic sound with his lyrical dexterity.
Their first album, “Welcome To KopaTechnic”, encompasses all of the members’ musical passions. This consists of House, Deep House, Dance, Pop, R&B and Hip Hop Flavors lending to an eclectic blend of pure Musical Bliss.
