We introduced Ralph Berr to Boston just four months ago and his music, his style, his charisma shook up Boston. The 20 year old super star, with over 20 tracks out on Beat port today, has commanded a packed house with every performance.
“The Gem Of Extreme Rush.” 20 years young and decades of talent behind him, Ralph Berr has become an unstoppable force in the music industry. Track after track, Ralph has shown us why he is growing into someone to be revered in the industry.
Making his debut in the “teen” circuit since most can remember, and moving into the Pacha rotation (no longer in rotation while studio time does not allow it), Ralph has growth in these last 24 months, more than most DJ/Producers in the industry with years under their belt. Taking it to NYC side by side with the legend, Hex Hector and then taking Miami by storm with 8 amazing performances during the Winter Music Conference playing side by side with Christopher Lawrence, DJ Dan, Austin Leeds, Kim Fai, Eddie Baez, Escape, Scotty Boy & many more.
Most recently, Ralph Berr can mark another success. With the new release of Brass Junkies on Nervous Records, he is now expanding to the larger labels globally. A task he is more than ready for. Here is a brief intro to the track that you can find on Beat port today:

RALPH BERR BIO
Raised in a South American lifestyle, Ralph Berr was exposed to music predominantly of a Brazilian nature. At age 15, he developed an appreciation for the electronic dance music scene by sneaking up to New York City’s big rooms to hear DJs like Oscar G, Danny Tenaglia, and Erick Morillo play their marvelous sets of deranged drums and pounding beats through the finest sound systems in the country.
At age 16, Ralph Berr landed a first gig which later became a residency at New Jersey’s Studio 4, . Following his destiny he received the opportunity to play in front of crowds of New York’s and New Jersey’s best nightclubs such as Pacha NYC, Nocturnal Miami, Ink Miami, Club Avalon, Webster Hall, Guest House, Abyss, Surf Club, Centrum, Temple New York, Bliss, Sushi Lounge, to name a few.
With production as his new asset he hopes to reach the minds of new people everyday to break out of his cage to share the love and passion he has for the scene. House Music not only became a need in his day by day but also his own personal lifestyle. Producing and working with some great labels such as Nervous, Southside Recordings, Land of Voodoo, Tanira, and Rhythm Freak Ralph Berr has been showcasing his musical talent to the world. With support from DJs such as Victor Calderone, DJ Vibe, Oscar G, and many others. Most recently, Ralph was signed by Extreme Rush Management and added to the PACHA rotation (which regretfully, extensive studio time does not allow him to continue).

DJ Drew Rain Bio:
Otherwise known as DJ Rain, aka Andrew K Rovan, raised in the city of Worcester, MA with ethnic roots stemming from Tallinn, Estonia & Nuestadtt, West Germany. An architect and project manager by day and progressive house magnet at night, spoken of by his peers as the “mad doctor” and “quiet genius”- an alter ego of sorts. Rain made his first splash within the House Music scene in 1999 during his college years at Westfield State, mixing the only house music program of its time on WSKB 89.5 FM.
In 2001 while broadcasting one of his ever increasingly popular shows, he was noticed and later discovered by managers of the Hot Club and Hippadrome complexes, Rain’s first club experience spinning house beats would come at both clubs on nights specifically dedicated to the music. Rain made his name performing at the colleges, AIC, STIC, WSC, HCC, UMASS, and Smith College. As Rain left the college he attended, so did he the area and for sometime the music itself. His return to the city of Worcester and transition in crowds was not an easy one, faced with the task of reinventing himself once again, the trials and tribulations of a city, which at that time was not well evolved to the house music sound.
Today, Drew’s hometown has grown to become fond of the music, the culture, and the unique lifestyle it brings. People’s tastes for House have shifted ever so slightly, as has the style of DJ Rain. Over the last few years, Rain has spent extensive time quietly honing his skills, developing reformed style, and the art of production. This past year Rain was nominated as best club DJ in the Worcester Nightlife Awards, announcement ceremony just moments away. With residencies becoming a thing of the past, he has managed to hold 3 simultaneously over the last year, including Worcester’s staple of the HOUSE scene Fifth Amendment, the legendary Club Red, and the brand new Sound Factory at Irish Times. His Worcester rotations include Bar’None/Mint, Morocco, Amsterdam Lounge, Canal Lounge, The Blu Room, Rehab, & Boiler Room. His more notable marks include the Roxy Boston, Amphitheater Tampa, Hammerstein Ballroom NY, and Living Room Miami. His journey recently took him to the largest house music festival in the United States, with an invitation to spin on four different nights at the Winter Music Conference in Miami.
This past year Rain has joined Extreme Rush Bookings & Management and teamed up with Zineprod management to see himself rejuvenated, taking many by storm within a short time period. Spearheading the new Extreme Rush Ventures office in Worcester has taken Drew Rain to a higher level of success not to be matched by any other agency in Mass.
