Thanks to the hard job of the two co-founders and artistic brains, Nicola Fasano and Steve Forest, Jolly Roger has become today a trade-mark sound factory affecting thousands of people around the globe.
Following up their major success Nicola Fasano vs Pat Rich’s “75, Brazil Street”, which became the worldwide hit “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” performed by Pitbull and an amazing remixes list including Bob Sinclar ft. Shabba Ranks, Joey Negro, Paolina Rubio, Alex Gaudino ft. Steve Edwards, Roger Sanchez and Wamdue Project, the team is more than ready to rock the winter season with amazing new releases.
Simon De Jano’s “Sunshine“, Clou’s “Don’t Regret”, Steve Forest’s “Electrica Salsa” and The Nycer’s “Who Let The Dogs Out” are out now and already causing a huge storm on the dancefloors and soon Strictly Rhythm will release Fasano’s burning remix of the legendary Reel 2 Real’s anthem “I Like To Move It”.
End of the year will see Nicola’s long awaited new single featuring Ultra Naté “No Wasted Hearts”, an impressive and surprising song where the artist follows new musical paths.
Last summer Jolly Roger has been the lighthouse of the unforgettable weekly Pirates Party at Ibiza’s El Divino, one of the most relevant news of the Isla Blanca in 2009, joined by artists like Chris Montana and Chriss Ortega. Recently the two “dance pirates” were the headliners for the Spirit of London Festival in San Paulo (Brazil) where they performed in front of a delirious crowd of 50,000 people.
Recently the brazilian vocalist Lady Lu has joined the duo on stage givin’ to their dj performance a touch of sensuality and female energy.
