DANCE FACTORY follows success of Chris’ radio show

Legendary DJ/producer To Kool Chris released his new record DANCE FACTORY (ULTIMATE DANCE HITS VOLUME 1) on Tuesday, and it immediately sold out in the Chicagoland area the same day.

Containing #1 HITS from around the globe (including tracks from the world’s #1 DJ, Tiësto and David Guetta), DANCE FACTORY (ULTIMATE DANCE HITS VOL. 1) features the biggest dance artists of ALL TIME performing their ultimate hits. Benny Benassi’s 2008 Grammy Award winning remix of Public Enemy’s “Bring the Noise” is a highlight. A new track, “Together,” by global French sensation Bob Sinclar feat Steve Edwards, “White Lies” by Paul van Dyk (featuring Jessica Sutta of the Pussycat Dolls) and ˜Kill 4 Love,” Dance Factory’s current #1 song by NY-based Trance diva Kyara round out the collection.

To Kool Chris has been a staple of the Chicago dance scene for over 20 years. In the 1980s he was at the forefront of the house music revolution and a B96 DJ. His new radio venture, “Dance Factory on Nine FM” has proved a wild success, showcasing dance music and mixes for the late night audience. Newsweb Corp. has extended the show from just weekends to seven days a week, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., on WDEK-FM (92.5), WKIE-FM (92.7) and WRZA-FM (99.9), reaching 3.5 million listeners. National syndication plans are in the works.

Congrats again to TKC and his crew!
